The new Centre will be funded mainly from the sale of the existing site, which will be developed for housing. However, there will be a shortfall between the proceeds of the sale and the cost of the new Centre. The current estimate of this shortfall is between £350,000 and £500,000.

The aim of the Parish is to fill this gap through a combination of regular giving and fund raising activities.
